赛事奖项【RACE PRIZES】

1、50公里/100公里组别个人赛各参赛组别名次奖项均颁发赛事奖杯及纪念品。

2、50公里/100公里组别团队赛各参赛组别名次奖项均颁发赛事奖杯及纪念品。

3、所有参赛选手均获得一件2021野性祁连越野跑参赛服。

4、所有完赛选手均获得一个2021野性祁连越野跑对应组别完赛奖牌。

5、所有50/100组完赛选手获得一份野性祁连越野跑对应组别完赛纪念品。

 

赛事报名【RACE ENTRY】

1、报名组别

组别说明:

1)比赛分为50公里和100公里两个组别,以个人或团队的形式参赛。

2)100公里个人赛不设年龄组别,团体赛仅设团体混合组(1男+1女)。

3)50公里个人赛限定1人参赛,按照年龄分为青年组、公开组、壮年组。

4)50公里团队赛限定2人参赛,按照性别分为男子组、女子组、混合组。

 

2、参赛条件

① 50公里和100公里组别参赛选手须年满18周岁(2003年7月17日以前出生),且不得超过60周岁(19617月17日以后出生);

② 参赛者应身体健康,无高血压、心脏病史及妨碍剧烈运动的其他疾病。

 

3、参赛资格

① 50公里/100公里组别报名资格:参赛选手须身体健康,适合运动,报名前请自行前往合格的体检机构进行身体检查,适宜跑步指标合格者方可报名。

② 50公里组别报名资格:2年内30公里以上(含)越野赛或更长赛完赛。

③ 100公里组报名资格:2年内100公里以上(含)越野赛或更长距离赛完赛。

 

4、报名费用


注意:长距离越野跑赛事需要参赛选手身体健康,并具备相应级别的参赛经验才能完成赛事,请选手报名时务必自我判定清晰,根据自身状态量力而行的自行选择参赛组别。选手报名暨代表自愿无异议的对自己的参赛资格真实性承担全部责任,赛事组委会将不对选手体检报告及报名资格做审核。

【赛事操作】

A、退赛时间限定:

2021年5月31日中午11:59前接受选手退出报名,并按所缴纳报名费的50%退还。2021年5月31日中午12:00后,不接受任何形式退赛。

B、退赛申请指定途径:

以邮件形式发送至组委会官方邮箱info@ultraqilian.com申请退出报名,并以组委会收到申请邮件时间为核准,组委会将会在一周内给予退款。

邮件正文申请说明:【个人身份证】+【姓名】+【参赛组别】

C、申请退赛的选手,若因个人原因不能参赛,名额不能延后至2022年

D、名额转让:赛事不接受任何形式的名额转让,如发现替赛,取消转让和被转让者参赛资格。组委会保留追究转让者和被转让者法律责任的权利。

E、名额延期:由于报名选手个人健康原因造成无法按期参赛,需以邮件形式发送至info@ultraqilian.com申请名额延期,组委会将名额转入下一年度相同组别。

赛事强制装备

能够容纳以下所有装备的背包

至少1升容量的水具至少两份400卡热量的能量食品或路粮

重量不少于100克的保暖上衣(推荐羊毛材质)

防水耐水压指标达到10000(含)以上带帽兜冲锋衣(非皮肤风衣和雨衣)。

具有CE或UIAA认证的攀登或骑行头盔(100公里组选手)

电量充足移动电话(下载赛道轨迹,利用离线地图可查看位置,在迷路时判断方位)

急救包创可贴弹性绷带、发热贴、消毒纸巾、止痛药等个人必需药品。

头灯和电池100公里组跑者需有备用灯具

太阳眼镜救生毯、哨子、折叠杯、餐具(赛事不提供任何一次性餐具)。

建议装备:登山杖、防水裤、防晒霜、替换衣物、充电宝、电池等。


【竞赛规则/安全保障】

【一般竞赛规则】

1、选手须将大参赛号码布在比赛途中分别佩戴于胸前,任何时间清晰可见。所有CP点关门时间均以出站时间计算,请参赛选手自行安排补给和休息时间。

2、选手须全程严格按照组委会公布赛道独立跑完或走完全部赛程,不得借助外力完成比赛,如跑近道,乘坐马匹或车辆、不得携带和使用医用氧气,违规者将被取消参赛成绩。

3、选手如需退出比赛,请于最近距离适宜退赛的站点申请,在相关工作人员安排指引下安全返回。由于部分赛道位于高海拔地区交通工具抵达需要时间,请予以理解和配合。

4、选手未在关门时间内完成规定线路和距离既被视作关门未完赛,到达下一站点将号码布交由赛事工作人员,由赛事安排指引安全下撤返回起终点。

5、选手严禁私自转让参赛资格或其他任何形式的替跑,由此引发的一切医疗救援、保险索赔及其他相关法律责任,均由私自转让参赛资格的双方自行承担。违规者将被取消参赛成绩,三年内禁止报名参加本赛事。

6、比赛期间选手须全程携带组委会要求的强制装备。各站点工作人员将随机进行强制装备检查。如强制装备出现缺少或遗漏,选手将被终止比赛。

7100公里组选手华山村处可预先存放换装包,柴尔龙海和华山村作为强制装备检查站,通过选手将查强制装备,不符合强制装备要求选手不允许通过。如遭遇极端天气,赛会将决定比赛在此处终止,后续到达选手将结束比赛。被收容的选手将直接被护送回起点。

8、因不可抗力因素致使比赛不能按原计划进行,主办方有权更改比赛线路、取消或终止比赛。赛事组委会对本次比赛拥有最终解释权。 

 

特殊竞赛规则

1、起点冰沟河提供存包服务,华山村站为100公里组提供换装存包服务。

2、主办方在部分检查站安排血氧监测,选手进入站点须配合相关检测。

3、所有检查站站长拥有部分管理权,包括但不限于对违规选手强制退赛。

4、赛事倡导“无痕山林”理念,切勿丢弃垃圾,违规者将取消参赛成绩。

5、部分赛道毗临祁连山国家公园及甘肃祁连山国家级自然保护区,选手

活动范围仅限赛道。严禁选手进入赛道以外区域,由此产生后果自行承担。

6、组委会购买公众责任险(不包含选手个人意外保险);选手如有其他保险需求,可自行购买其他险种保险。

 

赛事及其规则最终解析权归野性祁连越野跑组委会所有,本赛事一切相关信息以官方公布为准。

 


 RACE PRIZES】

1. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner in each of the male, female and team categories in the 50 and 100km races.

2. Medals will be awarded to all finishers.

3. A 2021 TransQilian Run Race T-SHIRT will be awarded to all participants.

4. A 2021 TransQilian Run Race finisher awards will be awarded to all 50km & 100km finishers.


RACE PROCEDURE】

Process of Registration】

1、Entry Fee

【Categories Description】

1) INDIVIDUAL: There are 3 categories – Youth / Open / Masters

2) Teams of 2 persons: There are 3 categories – Male / Female / Mixed

Conditions for Registration】

1. To register for the 50KM & 100KM of 2021 TransQilian Run, participants must be between age 18 (born on 17 JULY 2003 or before) and 60 (born 17 JULY 1961 or after)* at the time of participating in the event.

2. To register for the all categories, participants should be healthy and have no history of high blood pressure, heart disease, or other diseases that interfere with strenuous exercise.

3. Please be sure to select the corresponding group according to your personal ability and actual situation. The organizing committee will not conduct personal qualification review.

RACE RULES】

General】

1. Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.

2. Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient. You must have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race.

3. Outside assistance is only permitted at the checkpoints.  Support crews are only permitted at the checkpoints. Support outside the checkpoints is not allowed, except in an emergency.  There is, however, no restriction on buying drinks/food from the shops, restaurants and hawkers along the route.

4. Pacers and support runners are strictly prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt, participants are not allowed to be accompanied along the course by anybody who has not entered into the event.

5. Refreshments at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.

6. Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front).

7. If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews).

8. If you need first aid help on the course you must use the phone numbers printed on your race bib to contact event organisers who will make every effort to retrieve you.  

9. Stay on the marked course.  Short cuts are strictly prohibited.

10. You must carry the mandatory gear at all times during the event.Random gear checks may be performed during the event.  Any participant without the mandatory gear will incur a penalty ranging from a time penalty to disqualification based on the severity of the breach. 

11. You must obey directions of checkpoint staff and course marshals at all times.  If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.

12. Littering is strictly prohibited.  

13. Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited.

14. Doping and the use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited.

15. The participant is responsible for the actions of their support crew.  Support crews must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials.  The participant may be penalised or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their support crew. 

16. Support crews must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area.  The event organisers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of support crew. 

17. Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification.  Any such penalties are at the organisers’ discretion and are final.

18. Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times. Take great care when crossing or running on roads.If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist. The race organiser will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow participant.

19. TransQilian Run Race has its own public liability insurance.This does not include personal accident of participants. We strongly recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.

20. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

21. Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organisers.  Any wilful dishonesty may render a participants entry invalid and the organisers reserve the right to amend and / or cancel such participants entry without compensation.

Event Cancellation

 

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons: Adverse weather conditions\Landslides, rockfalls or hill fires along the course\Protests or blockage along the course

Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event.  

A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, blocked or inaccessible roads or trails, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.In such event no refund of the registration fee (and any charitable donation) will be provided.

3. Penalties

Breaking any of the rules and requirements of the event may incur a time penalty or disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

Any such penalty or disqualification are at the organiser’s discretion and are final.

The following are some types of breaches to highlight:

l Not carrying any items in the mandatory gear list

l Taking shortcuts and / or not following the official course

l Littering by participant and / or support crew

l Receiving support outside checkpoints

l Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course

l Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course.

l Taking transport

l Using substitute runners

l Deliberately obstructing and/or causing injury to other participants

l Doping and the use of prohibited drugs

l Altering, damaging and/or otherwise tempering with course markings

l Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna along the course

l Not wearing a race bib

l Continuing after cut-off times

l Not following instructions given by race officials, marshals and emergency attendants and/or volunteers

l Being abusive to race officials, marshals, emergency attendants, other trail users and/or volunteers

l Allowing somebody else to use his / her race bib

l Using a race bib of somebody else.

 

4. SECURITY

1. The organizing committee will conduct a mandatory gear check. If it is found that the participant has not prepared mandatory gear, the participant will be disqualified and he will be refused entry. 

2. Medical service stations will be set up at the Start Point, Finish Point and each Check point.Participants can request help from the staff there at any time when needed.

3. When participants come across an emergency situation in urgent need of rescue during the race , please immediately call the Emergency Services number provided by the Organisers which will also be printed on the race bib.

4. Before the arrival of the rescue team, participants should apply appropriate self-help procedures, such as using own medical supplies, safety blanket to keep warm and  waiting in a safe area.

5. During the race, participants who have been judged by the medical staff to be unable to continue the race, should strictly follow the medical staff’s instructions and complete the retirement procedure with the organisers.

6. Transport will be available for retired runners from the CPs to the finish, but there will inevitably be delays before transport is available. 

7. The Organisers have its own public liability insurance.  This does not include personal accident of participants.  We recommend participants to have their own personal accident cover and other types of insurance cover as consider appropriate. 

NOTICE: The Organising Committee reserves the right of final interpretation to all information and rules relating to TransQilian Run. In case of any inconsistency, information set out on the Official Website (www.ultraqilian.com) should be considered final.
