【报名流程】

1)报名渠道

官方唯一通道:www.lanzhou100trail.com

2)审核

报名提交先交费,然后赛事组委会将根据报名资格完成审核。

3)支付

进入报名页面-个人中心-活动报名,进行报名费用支付。报名者须在24小时内完成在线支付,逾期未支付者视为自动放弃。

4)选手有且仅可报名一个组别,重复报名多个组别并审核通过且已经缴纳报名费的选手,仅可保留一个组别,组委会有权要求选手退掉重复报名的组别,且需按照退赛条款收取手续费。​

 

【参赛条件】

1)所有组别参赛选手须年满18周岁(2003917日以前出生),且不得超过60周岁(1961917日以后出生);

2)参赛选手应身体健康,无高血压、心脏病史及妨碍剧烈运动的其他疾病; 

3)5公里组别报名选手是未满18周岁未成年人,必须在比赛当日由年满18周岁以上的具有法定监护权力的参赛选手陪同参赛。

 

【报名资格】

1)30KM组别:参赛选手须身体健康,适合运动,报名前请自行进行身体检查,合格者方可报名;

260KM组别:参赛选手需向赛会提交以下成绩证书:2年内30公里以上越野赛或半程马拉松完赛证书;

3100KM组别:参赛选手需向赛会提交以下成绩证书:2年内50公里以上越野赛或全程马拉松完赛证书。

 

【精英选手申请】

1. 男子:ITRA 740分(含)以上提供免费直通名额;

2. 女子:ITRA 600分(含)以上提供免费直通名额;

3. 报名方法

满足以上要求的精英选手需通过报名官网(www.lanzhou100trail.com)的“精英选手报名通道”报名,请在报名时提交个人ITRA积分链接,组委会将根据申请时间顺序进行审核,审核通过者即视为报名成功。

 

【志愿者报名】

参与2016-2021野性祁连越野跑系列赛事服务的志愿者可获得赛事直通优惠名额,请到各团队或各组负责人处进行登记统一汇总,联系组委会负责人进行报名(须符合报名资格和参赛条件的要求)。

 

四、赛事奖项【RACE PRIZES】

2、所有完赛选手获得相应组别100越野完赛奖牌

3、30KM/60KM/100KM组男女前三名颁发奖杯及纪念奖品

五、赛事规程【RACE RULES】

 

即日起至2021年7月31日中午12点前,接受退赛申请,退还全额报名费;

2021年7月31日中午12点后至2021年9月1日中午12点前退还50%报名费。

退赛方法:以邮件形式发送至组委会官方邮箱【mdm53@126.com】申请退出报名,组委会将会在7天内退款,并回复邮件确认。

邮件标题:【退赛】+【兰州100】+【姓名】+【2021选手】+【支付宝账户及姓名】

邮件的正文请说明:【参赛号】+【姓名】+【个人身份证】+【参赛组别】

备注:组委会确认邮件信息后,将邮件联系申请退赛选手提供收款信息。

 

2021兰州100越野跑保留名额选手,以及申请延期至2022兰州100越野跑选手,其参赛资格自动调整为2022兰州100越野赛对应组别;可登录【山与山体育】官网-【证书下载】-【报名查询】输入报名证件号查询报名情况。

【严禁替赛】

本赛事不接受任何形式的顶替参赛,如发现替赛,取消替赛者参赛资格。组委会保留追究法律责任的权利。

 

【一般竞赛规则】

1、参赛者必须自力走或跑完全程。

2、参赛者在物资方面除大会所供应的以外,应大致自给自足,于比赛期间必须全时间携带所有大会所指定的必备物品。

3、参赛者只可在检查站接受自行安排的支持队的协助。除非遭遇紧急情况,否则在检查站以外的其他地点,不得提供支持。然而,参赛者在沿途的商店、餐厅、小贩和售卖机购买饮料/食物,则不在此限。

4、严禁陪跑员或支援跑手陪跑。为避免误会,于比赛路段期间不准许有任何非参赛者陪伴参赛者。

5、检查站提供的食物饮料,只供参赛者享用。

6、参赛编号必须置于赛衣前方,于任何时间均清晰可见,在比赛过程中请一直佩戴在身体前侧显著位置,建议使用号码布腰带,方便更换衣物时摘卸。)

7、若参赛者退出比赛,均必须通知最近检查站负责人员,在相关工作人员安排指引下安全下撤返回起终点。

8、参赛选手未在关门时间内完成规定线路和距离即被视作关门未完赛,到达站点(CP点)(SP点不设为关门点,但会设置撤点时间)后,在相关工作人员的安排指引下安全下撤返回起终点。

9、若参赛者在比赛途中需要救护协助,应拨打号码布上所载之救援电话号码,与赛事组委会联络,赛事组委会人员即会尽力帮助参赛者。

10、参赛者应紧随赛道标识前进,严禁另走快捷路径,参赛者若被发现违规,将被取消资格。

11、比赛期间,参赛者必须全时间携带各项指定装备,赛事组委会可能会随机进行装备检查。装备不全的参赛者,可能会受到额外计时处罚以至取消参赛资格等处分,具体视违规情况程度而定。

12、参赛者必须于所有时间遵行检查站负责人员及赛道纠察的方向指示。若参赛者于检查站关闭时间前仍未到达,必须根据指示退出比赛。

13、参赛者不得在沿途乱扔垃圾。

14、参赛者不得破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物。

15、参赛者不得服食禁药或违规药物。

16、参赛者须对其支持人员的行为负责。参赛者支持人员必须遵从赛事组委会职员和负责人员的一切指示,包括为检查站空出特定区域的要求。支持人员如有违规或作出不当行为,参赛者可能会被处分或取消参赛资格。赛事组委会对其不负责其安全问题。

17、支持人员必须遵守所有检查站职员的指示,譬如按职员要求在检查站区域腾出空间。赛事组委会对支持人员的安全或行踪概不负责。  

18、违反以上规则者可能会招致额外计时处罚或取消参赛资格等处分,是否处分、如何处分由赛事组委会全权决定。

19、参赛者应为自己和他人的安全着想,无论任何时候应顾及路径的其他用户。横过马路或在马路路段跑步时应格外小心。若遇其他参赛者受伤或不适,应加以援手。参赛者为协助受伤或不适的其他跑手而耽误的时间,将在其完成时间中扣除。 

20、赛事组委会为参赛选手购买基础的意外伤害保险,同时也建议选手自行购买更高额度、更大保障范围的意外保险。

21、赛事组委会保留酌情修改比赛规则、路线或其他安排的权利。

22、参加者必须提供真实、准确的数据于赛事组委会。任何蓄意欺骗可能会导致参加者的登记无效。主办方保留更改或取消该参加者的比赛资格,亦不会向参加者作任何赔偿。

23、赛事取消或延期:

根据以下原因,大会有权保留取消、缩短赛事距离或延期举办的权力:

1)不利的天气情况

2)山泥倾泻、大量落石及比赛路线发生山体滑坡等

3)不可抗力,即发生超出主办单位所能控制的事件和令举办比赛成为不可能,不安全或不切实际的情况。不可抗力事件包括但不限于天灾、战争、敌对行为、侵略、叛乱、革命、起义、暴动、骚乱、罢工、怠工、禁工或动乱、堵塞或不能通过道路或山径、疾病的爆发以及恐怖主义行为和威胁。

24、处罚:

1)违反任何一项比赛规则有可能会受到计时处分或被取消参赛资格,取决于其严重性。

2)任何处罚或取消资格均由大会作最终决定。

以下是一些违反类别:

(1)没有携带指定装备中的任何一项

(2)走快捷路径或不根据大会比赛路线作赛

(3)参赛者或其支持人员乱抛垃圾

(4)于检查站外接受支持

(5)于赛道预先隐藏然后利用各类物资(包括食物、饮料及其他辅助工具)

(6)非参赛者陪跑

(7)乘坐交通工具

(8)他人代跑(将号码布给予其他人使用)

(9)阻碍或导致其他参赛者受伤

(10)服食禁药

(11)更改或破坏比赛路线指示牌

(12)破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物

(13)不展示号码布

(14)检查站关闭后仍继续比赛

(15)不遵守赛事、纠察及应付紧急事故工作人员或义工的指示

(16)将号码布给予其他人使用

(17)使用他人的号码布

 

【安全保障】

1、因本赛事跨越时间比较长,早晚温差比较大,考虑安全的因素,组委会将在中途严格进行强制装备检查,若发现参赛者没有按规定备齐强制装备,将会进行罚时处罚或取消参赛者的成绩,并拒绝其继续参赛。

2、起终点、各检查站、赛道沿途设置医疗服务站及医疗服务志愿者,协助医疗救护、维护比赛秩序,参赛选手可随时向工作人员请求帮助。

3、参赛选手在比赛中出现紧急情况急需救援时,请第一时间拨打组委会提供的救援电话,与救援负责人取得联系。

4、救援人员到达前,等待救援的参赛选手可用随身携带的简单医用品进行自救。包括但不限于披上保温毯,选择安全区域等候。

5、比赛过程中,被医务人员判定为不能继续比赛的选手,应严格遵守医生建议并配合裁判完成退赛手续。

6、退赛或被关门选手将由工作人员尽快安排运送回终点。

7、组委会为所有报名参赛选手购买活动意外险。组委会建议参赛者根据个人需求购买其他保险。

 

赛事及其规则最终解析权归2022兰100越野组委会所有,本赛事一切相关信息以官方公布为准。

 

RACE RULES

REGISTRATION PROCESS】

1)Channel

2)Review

The organizing committee will complete the review within three working days after the submission of the registration.

3)Payment

After receiving the review notice, please go to the registration page-Personal Center-Event Registration, and pay the registration fee. The applicant must complete the online payment within 24 hours, and those who fail to pay are deemed to give up automatically.

 

Entry conditions】

1) Participants in all categories must be at least 18 years of age (born before Sep 17, 2009) and must not exceed 65 years of age (born after Sep 17, 1956);

2) Participants should be healthy and free of hypertension, history of heart disease and other diseases that prevent strenuous exercise;

 

Entry Qualification】

1) 30KM category: Participants must be in good health and suitable for sports. Please perform a physical examination before registration. Only qualified applicants can register;

2) 60KM category: Participants are required to submit the following performance certificates to the competition: certificates of completion of trail running races of 30 kilometers or more or half marathons within 2 years;

3)100KM category: Participants are required to submit the following performance certificates to the competition: a certificate of completion of a trail-running race of 50 kilometers or more in 2 years

 

ENTRY OF ELITE】

1.Men: ITRA 720 points (inclusive) or more provide free pass-through places;

2.Women: ITRA 580 points (inclusive) or more provide free pass-through places;

3. Registration

Elite participants who meet the above requirements need to register through the "Elite Registration Channel" of the official website (www.lanzhou100trail.com). Please submit a personal ITRA points link when registering. The organizing committee will review the application according to the order of the application. It means that the registration is successful.

 

RACE GEAR】

 

 

[Replacement is strictly prohibited] This tournament does not accept substitutes of any kind. If you find a substitute, you will be disqualified. The organizing committee reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.

 

General

1. Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.

2. Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient. You must have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race.

3. Outside assistance is only permitted at the checkpoints.  Support crews are only permitted at the checkpoints. Support outside the checkpoints is not allowed, except in an emergency.  There is, however, no restriction on buying drinks/food from the shops, restaurants and hawkers along the route.

4. Pacers and support runners are strictly prohibited.  For the avoidance of doubt, participants are not allowed to be accompanied along the course by anybody who has not entered into the event.

5. Refreshments at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.

6. Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front).

7. If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews).

8. If you need first aid help on the course you must use the phone numbers printed on your race bib to contact event organisers who will make every effort to retrieve you.  

9. Stay on the marked course.  Short cuts are strictly prohibited.

10. You must carry the mandatory gear at all times during the event.  Random gear checks may be performed during the event.  Any participant without the mandatory gear will incur a penalty ranging from a time penalty to disqualification based on the severity of the breach. 

11. You must obey directions of checkpoint staff and course marshals at all times.  If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.

12. Littering is strictly prohibited.  

13. Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited.

14. Doping and the use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited.

15. The participant is responsible for the actions of their support crew.  Support crews must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials.  The participant may be penalised or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their support crew. 

16. Support crews must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area.  The event organisers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of support crew. 

17. Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification.  Any such penalties are at the organisers’ discretion and are final.

18. Ensure your own safety and that of others.  Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times.  Take great care when crossing or running on roads.  If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist.  The race organiser will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow participant.

19. Mogan Trail Running Race has its own public liability insurance.  This does not include personal accident of participants.  We strongly recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.

20. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

21. Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organisers.  Any wilful dishonesty may render a participants entry invalid and the organisers reserve the right to amend and / or cancel such participants entry without compensation.

 

Event Cancellation

l The organisers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:

l Adverse weather conditions

l Landslides, rockfalls or hill fires along the course

l Protests or blockage along the course

 

Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event.  A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, blocked or inaccessible roads or trails, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.

In such event no refund of the registration fee (and any charitable donation) will be provided.

3.Penalties

Breaking any of the rules and requirements of the event may incur a time penalty or disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

Any such penalty or disqualification are at the organiser’s discretion and are final.

The following are some types of breaches to highlight:

l Not carrying any items in the mandatory gear list

l Taking shortcuts and / or not following the official course

l Littering by participant and / or support crew

l Receiving support outside checkpoints

l Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course

l Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course.

l Taking transport

l Using substitute runners

l Deliberately obstructing and/or causing injury to other participants

l Doping and the use of prohibited drugs

l Altering, damaging and/or otherwise tempering with course markings

l Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna along the course

l Not wearing a race bib

l Continuing after cut-off times

l Not following instructions given by race officials, marshals and emergency attendants and/or volunteers

l Being abusive to race officials, marshals, emergency attendants, other trail users and/or volunteers

l Allowing somebody else to use his / her race bib

l Using a race bib of somebody else.

 

 

4.SECURITY

1. The organizing committee will conduct a mandatory gear check. If it is found that the participant has not prepared mandatory gear, the participant will be disqualified and he will be refused entry. 

2. Medical service stations will be set up at the Start Point, Finish Point and each Check point.  Participants can request help from the staff there at any time when needed.

3. When participants come across an emergency situation in urgent need of rescue during the race , please immediately call the Emergency Services number provided by the Organisers which will also be printed on the race bib.

4. Before the arrival of the rescue team, participants should apply appropriate self-help procedures, such as using own medical supplies, safety blanket to keep warm and  waiting in a safe area.

5. During the race, participants who have been judged by the medical staff to be unable to continue the race, should strictly follow the medical staff’s instructions and complete the retirement procedure with the organisers.

6. Transport will be available for retired runners from the CPs to the finish, but there will inevitably be delays before transport is available. 

7. The Organisers have its own public liability insurance.  This does not include personal accident of participants.  We recommend participants to have their own personal accident cover and other types of insurance cover as consider appropriate. 

NOTICE: The Organising Committee reserves the right of final interpretation to all information and rules relating to Lanzhou 100 ULTRA Trail Running. In case of any inconsistency, information set out on the Official Website (www.lanzhou100trail.com) should be considered final.
